Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Vishwa Resin Store, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns, No Exchange & No Cancellation Policy

Vishwa Resin Store does not provide returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a product is purchased.

The exact size, color, and product details are clearly mentioned to help customers make informed decisions. We recommend checking all product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Every product goes through a quality check before dispatch to ensure that it is free from defects.

Damaged, Defective or Missing Items

In rare cases, if you receive a defective product, a damaged item during transit, or if an item is missing from your order, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

To register a complaint, please provide:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A complete unboxing video showing the package being opened

The unboxing video is mandatory to verify claims related to damaged or missing items.

Complaint Review Process

Once your complaint is received, our team will review the issue within 2–5 working days.

If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. The next steps will be communicated and processed within 48 hours after approval.

Incorrect Delivery Status

If the delivery status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, you must inform us within 24 hours.

Please send an email with your Order ID and the subject line “Wrong Delivery Status”.

Failing to report the issue within 24 hours may result in the request not being eligible for support or refund.

RTO (Return to Origin) Due to Customer Error

If a shipment is returned due to customer error or negligence, including:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Customer unavailable to accept delivery
  • Failure to answer courier or vendor calls

The customer will be responsible for paying the RTO charges and reshipment charges. Order cancellation will not be entertained in such cases.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 working days.

If you do not receive the refund within this time frame, please check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Exceptional Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

In rare or exceptional cases where cancellation is approved by our team, cancellation charges may apply. The final decision will be made by Vishwa Resin Store.

Please note that customized or custom-made products cannot be cancelled.
